Apisko Outcamp

We're pleased to annouce our newest addition to our lodge and outcamps. Apisko Lake has been enjoyed by our guests for many years, but now it will be enjoyed even more since the introduction of our new completely-solar, log cabin!

This cabin is almost 1000 square feet, has three bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests (no bunk beds). The cabin is complete with an indoor washroom including toilet, sink & shower, as well as a wood-burning stove, hand-made log table and chairs, sofa and large kitchen. Boats are 14 foot Lunds with 8 hp, 4-stroke outboard engines. The large deck out front completes the amenities with a stainless-steel, propane barbecue and an outdoor grill.

The cabin itself is situated on a small point so that you have water on three sides and can see the lake from every window. There are separate docks for the boats and for the floatplanes.

The trip to Apisko takes approximately one hour by float plane. We will fly you into the lake using a combination of De-Havilland Otter, De-Havilland Beaver, Cessna 185 or Cessna 180, depending on the size and needs of your group. Packages available are 3-Day, 4-Day and 7-Day. We require a minimum of four people.

BIG FISH!!!

WOW! Congratulations to Gary who recently caught a 60 1/2 inch Master Northern!!! No, that's not a typo. It measured in at 60 1/2 inches! They were not able to hang on to the fish long enough to measure it's girth but word has it you could fit your whole head inside it's mouth! The fish was successfully released back into Apisko Lake so there's a chance you may be able to see it for yourself one day. We will post the pictures as soon as we have them available. It looks like this one is a Manitoba Northern Master Angler record.
