Directions to Biscuit Harbour on Lake Winnipeg

BY ROAD: (from Winnipeg or the Interlake Region)

Follow Provincial Highway #8 north (from Winnipeg, McPhillips Street turns into Highway 8)
Travel north past Gimli and past Riverton. We are 75km north of Riverton. (If you are concerned about your fuel requirements, we recommend that you re-fuel in Gimli or Riverton. There is no longer a gas stations at Pine Dock.)
Continue past Riverton for approximately 5 miles.
Where the highway curves to the right (east) there is an intersection on your left.
Turn left on to Provincial Road #234. This is a gravel road that is well traveled and well maintained. There is no cell service past this point.
Follow provincial road 234. You will pass Beaver Creek Provincial Campground about half way to Biscuit Harbour. If needed, there is a pay phone at Beaver Creek Campground.
When you pass the road to Calder's Dock you are now only 11km from Biscuit Harbour.
Shortly before our driveway there is a large yellow sign.
Turn right, into our driveway, and follow it down towards the lake where you will see our restaurant and office buildings.
If you get to the town of Pine Dock, you have just missed us by about 3 km. (Matheson Island is another 20 km further north on PR234.)
Just remember Highway 8 and Provincial Road 234!
