Northway Aviation Ltd.

We receive numerous inquiries asking if we have any pilot positions opening with our company. We generally hire early in the year for the start of the spring season (March or April). Please forward your resume to the attention of Merlin Johnson, Operations Manager by mail or by e-mail (addresses are listed on our home page).

We sort the resumes we receive into four categories:
1) Under 1000 hours, No Float Rating
2) Over 1000 hours, No Float Rating
3) Under 1000 hours, Float Rating
4) Over 1000 hours, Float Rating

As the insurance requirements for our various aircraft have changed tremendously over the past few years, there may be a minimum number of total hours as well as minimum number of hours on type required for various positions for which we need to hire.

Biscuit Harbour Resort

Biscuit Harbour has seasonal full-time positions available for our restaurant and lounge. We occasionally also have permanent full-time positions available. Our busy seasons are early May to mid-September and mid-December to late March. You may apply for one or for both seasons. Staff accommodations are available on-site and nearby. We will accept resumes for the positions of cooking, serving, housekeeping, office and maintenance. We will train those who do not have the experience for the job for which they are applying.

Biscuit Harbour is a beautiful place and there are many perks to living and working here. It is a fun place to work and you get to meet many different people from different places.

Sasaginnigak (Sas) Lodge

Sasaginnigak (Sas) is managed each season by a staff of four or five people. Generally we hire a couple to oversee the lodge operations, one more person for housekeeping and two people for dockhand and boat, motor and general maintenance. We do not have serving staff or guides at our lodge. The number of staff we need to hire is dependent on the number of staff returning from previous seasons. Sasaginnigak is only accessible by floatplane. Our staff begin the season in late April or early May and usually stay until sometime in September.
