Private Pilots

Biscuit Harbour is an ideal destination for private pilots. It offers facilities for both wheel and float planes. Fuel, showers, propane, ice, accommodations, wireless internet service and meals are all within walking distance. We are en-route for many cross-country trips and this is also a very beautiful spot to stop at.

Private pilots are welcome to use our facilities. Our airstrip is treated gravel and the specs and radio frequencies are listed in the Airport Services section. There is no charge for landing fees or for docking space.

Keep us in mind in case you need to put down to wait out bad weather or in the case of a medical emergency. If coming in by float plane we can quickly transfer someone in need of medial attention directly to Winipeg by wheel plane during day-light hours.

The restaurant is 200 feet from the dock and a 10 minute walk from the airport. Motel accommodations are adjacent to the restaurant. Cabin accommodations are a short walk from restaurant. Please see the Biscuit Harbour section for more details on our restaurant and accommodations.
