Fish Limits/Rules

Sasaginnigak Lake is a High-Quality Management Lake. This is very important and has had a tremendous positive impact on the fishery of the lake since the program's inception. Under the High-Quality Management designation only Conservation limits may be taken from the lake. All fish caught, within limits, should be consumed during your stay with us. Walleye over 22" must be released and Northerns over 30" must be released. No live bait is allowed. Limits are four Walleye and four Northern. As our many long-time guests can attest the use of conservation methods means bigger fish, and more of them and the more Master Angler's for all of us!
